Deze zorgen ervoor dat de schil er als het ware vanaf wordt geschuurd. Tijdens het schrappen wordt enkel gebruik gemaakt van koud water, waardoor de aardappelen 100% rauw blijven. <br><br><br><br><br> <IMG SRC="pola_03.jpg" border="0" vspace=0 valign="top" ALIGN="left"><br><br> <p> De grove aardappelen worden gesneden met behulp van een ingenieus watersnijsysteem, waardoor mooie gladde friet ontstaat. <br><br> Geschilde aardappelen ten behoeve van overige aardappelproducten worden na het schillen direct verpakt (tafelaardappelen). Of versneden tot gehalveerde tafelaardappelen, blokjes, schijfjes, etc. <br><br><br><br> <IMG SRC="pola_05.jpg" border="0" vspace=0 valign="top" ALIGN="left"><br><br>Alle Bexcellent aardappelproducten worden met behulp van een automatisch weegsysteem tot porties van 5 kg gewogen.
